"Impact of *Enterococcus* sp. SB12 Strain on Gut Microbiome, Blood Biochemistry, and Oxidative Stress Markers in Mice."

The study focuses on the *Enterococcus* sp. SB12 strain, isolated from traditional Carpathian bryndza cheese. The authors investigated its metabolic potential—specifically its vitamin and amino acid profiles—as well as its effects on the physiology of laboratory mice.

Over the course of a 28-day experiment, the researchers evaluated changes in the animals' body weight, gut microbiota composition, blood biochemical parameters, and oxidative stress markers. No statistically significant differences were found between the groups regarding the biochemical parameters and oxidative stress markers studied. Microbiota analysis revealed trends in compositional changes that require further confirmation.

This work contributes to scientific knowledge regarding microorganisms found in traditional Ukrainian fermented products and lays the groundwork for further research into their potential for developing probiotic products for animals.

We sincerely congratulate the research team on the publication and wish them continued scientific success!
