On October 21–22, 2026, the POULTRY FARMING industry forum took place in Lviv. The event focused on key issues regarding the development of the poultry sector, the implementation of modern technologies, and the enhancement of production efficiency.

Taras Prudyus, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences and a leading researcher at the Immunology Laboratory of the Institute of Animal Biology (NAAS), participated in the forum.

During the "Feed Production" thematic session, Taras Yaroslavovych delivered a presentation titled "Fungi and Mycotoxins in Feed Production."

The presentation addressed a critical challenge in contemporary feed production: fungal contamination of feed raw materials and the accumulation of mycotoxins. These pose a threat to the health and productivity of poultry, as well as to the safety of livestock products.

The participation of the Institute’s scientists in industry forums facilitates the exchange of expertise, fosters collaboration between the scientific community and the production sector, and supports the integration of scientific developments into modern animal husbandry practices.
